Job Description:
Our client, is a $22M privately held supplier located in the
South Bay area and is seeking for a Director of Sales. If you are a
great team player and want to be part of a talented team that is
working to build a great company together, than this is the career
opportunity for you!
Salary $100-125K plus 10% bonus
Desired skills and experience:
Top Keys:
?BA Degree is highly preferred
?Min 8 yrs experience managing a sales team
?Proven track record in coaching team members as well as
implementing and monitoring Sales Funnel
?Proven sales track record
?Previous experience with sales budgets and corporate profit/loss
statements
